As a volunteer counsellor, you'll have the opportunity to share your skills, make a difference, and be a role model for our campers!

Join us for Roots & Shoots!
Are you a parent or caregiver of a transgender or gender creative child? Roots & Shoots is a supportive space for families with trans or gender diverse children. This program is based on the two most important parts of a plant: the Roots (parents & caregivers) are responsible for nurturing the Shoots (children & dependents) to be the best version of themselves they can be! No matter how old your child is, all family members are welcome to join PEERS Alliance staff & volunteers to have discussions, gain knowledge, and enjoy light refreshments in a non-judgmental environment.
Join us in Summerside on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at the Summerside Rotary Library, and in Charlottetown on the last Wednesday of the month at the Haviland Club.

Want to get an at-home HIV test kit?
At-home HIV test kits are now available in PEI! and the pick up locations are PEERS Alliance or the Voluntary Resource Centre (VRC) in Charlottetown. We ask that you call ahead of pick-up for the VRC (902-368-7337).
